Module 7 : Taxes

Introduction

Why do we have to pay taxes? What are they for? And if nobody pays them, what happens? Children’s questions only up to a point. It would be useful if many adults knew the answers. Under the generic name of “taxes” we indicate different tributes. In fact, the those are divided into two groups: taxes and levies

Objective

The objectives of this course are to create a deeper knowledge about the world of taxes (what they are, what they are for, why to pay them and how) in order to make the citizen more aware of this subject, which can be difficult and unfriendly if one does not have the appropriate basis to understand it.
